Eric (Eliezer) Kornhauser, Chief Executive

Eric Kornhauser is the founder and chief executive of CMA. Eric has qualifications and experience in law and commerce and an extensive background in merchant banking and conflict management. Since establishing CMA in 1993, he has been involved in a broad range of mediation and process management assignments, and has presented hundreds of workshops in negotiation, conflict management and business ethics. Shawn Whelan, Senior Consultant

Shawn Whelan's work with CMA as an expert course developer and facilitator draws on his background as a legal negotiator, his experience in facilitating dialogue within community and corporate sector organisations, and his independent practice as a mediator, facilitator and consultant. Joel Gerschman, Senior Consultant

Joel Gerschman has an honours thesis in mediation law and practice, as well as a degree in psychology. He plays a leading role in CMA’s subjects at Monash University and in a wide variety of other training, expert coaching and mediation assignments. Sandy Caspi Sable has a background in law and economics, including a PhD on mediation. In addition to her extensive experience as a trainer, Sandy has significant expertise as a process facilitator, with assignments ranging from two-party mediation to organisation-wide relationship management.
